Training and supervision
Training Therapy in Romānia provides therapy training in the form of workshops for professionals such as care staff, psychologists, social workers, doctors, psychiatrists, school and kindergarten teachers, and charity workers. Therapy in Romānia runs both public workshops and workshops for specific organisations. Smaller organisations are free to invite people from other organisations to keep costs to a minimum.

Supervision
Therapy in Romānia provides supportive supervision for individuals and groups of psychotherapy, Play Therapy and related skills. Transactional Analysis supervision complies with the European Association of Transactional Analysis ethical framework.
Anyone seeing clients can have individual supervision or be considered for joining a group. Groups usually meet once a month for one day. Plans are in hand to establish supervision groups specialising in creative working with children.
